Ensure all garments are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping bag or box.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the exterior of your return package.

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
